What have you got against supplements?
Nothing! But I think it is unethical to claim that a product such as a supplement
can miraculously allow you to put on lean muscle mass. Supplements are great

remember that there are no wonder supplements out there just tons of false
advertisements. If supplements were half as good as they claim they are, steroids
would be extinct! And they are not so don’t be fooled!
In all honesty, if you eat right you don’t need supplements. For the average trainer supplements do nothing but turn into fat, they see themselves a bit larger and a tad bit stronger and they erroneously believe that they are building muscle. The supplement is useless because chances are you have not stimulated enough muscle mass to begin with , and hence the nutrients have nowhere to go but be deposited as body fat.If your goal is to get fat , there are cheaper and tastier ways of doing it.(fat laden and sweet foods)
