My Personal Success Story

It took me 8 years to gain 10lbs of muscle (I went from 145lbs to 155lbs in an 8-year period,

WEEK ONE OF MY BODY AND LIFE TRANSFORMATION

Here I am, 6 feet 3 inches at 232 pounds. Note my bloated face. This is a key tool to use when examining before and after photos. You can't hide the neck and the face with computer technology! baggy shirt hides my belly. I call this skinny fat. This in my opinion is the worst kind of body to have.

Also note that I had some weightlifting experience and aerobic experience. But I had nothing to show for it! I was unhappy with this and so I decided to get rid of the body fat, I took off 27lbs off and I looked like this.

Week 8, I had already lost 27 pounds of body fat at this stage. I switched on to the muscle building phase (after an extended layoff to recover) to build solid, lean muscle mass. Note that at this stage I had the confidence to take my shirt off! Nothing beats this freedom. But I looked "ordinary." This was not enough for me. More Muscle mass was the answer. My body is beginning to take shape. I have lost all the body fat that made me shapeless and I am adding lean muscle to my body. My body fat percentage at this level is now at 13.2 % I weigh 205 pounds here.

 FastMuscles also includes the actual nutritional and workout program  I used to get rid of my body fat (not muscle!!!) so fast! The fat just slid off like butter in a hot pan...I did not lose much (if any) muscle and I Maintained a lean slim shape! I took a one month layoff. I did no physical activity. Time was spent away from the gym.

Not Much i know but it is when you consider the fact that in my 5 years of training i have gained little less than 10 lbs. Mr . maraby, before your program i refused to take my shirt off...i was self concious and i never showed my body at the gym(see picture 1)..I had no reason to wear a sleeveless shirt . but now as the picture shows i am proud of the 11  pounds i gained and
i wear a tank top now. Most notable improvements are on my chest and biceps. I dont know how exactly it works..all i care is that it works..  Just wanted to give you an update on our progress and ask for some advice. My son and I have had some pretty good progress with Fastmuscles.... We started the program the first of March and stopped Phase one (1) on May 5th, due to the unfortunate accident my son received.... He broke his wrist in spring training for football. We were wery happy with his results up th that point. He was first string tightend. He had gained 10lbs of muscle with 5.5% 0f body fat. With strenght increases of 5 to 10 lbs on every exercise every workout, this was fantastic! His Coaches even made comments on his new explosive strenght. I sent you some pictures in the attachments...It is not just the weight gain but the inches he grew that is important, we kept records as follows chest went from 33.5" to 35.65", shoulders 42.5" to 44.75", waist 25" to 26", biceps 11.25" to 13" neck 13.5' to 15" and thighs 19" to over 21" That is about 2" on every major muscle group. For someone who has a very hard time gaining this is wonderful, he was very excided. He gets his cast off on June 9th and cannot workout for another week after that (June 16th). This will give him about 10 weeks before football starts in August. We lost some important time due to the broken wrist. I just purchased a nice power rack and we look forward to hitting it hard! This does not get us to phase four by school in the fall. What can we do for maximum gains???? Please give it some thought... we would appreciate your expertise in this matter.

I cannot thank you enough for your program (Fastmuscles) Like I have said before I have been workingout for over 30 yrs. Always doing great at first but then hitting a wall and running out of steam, because I was always overtraining. I would be going along good then I would start to have joint problems or shoulder trouble (pain), get really sick with the flu or have a lack of energy  get discouraged and quit, only to try again at a later time.... make some good progress then start overtraining again only to repeat the cycle with little progress. With FASTMUSCLES I have made excellent progress. In two months I  have gained about a 95% range of movement increase in my shoulderes without any pain. I went up 45lbs on my incline bench press, over 50lbs on my behind the neck press, went up 8 to 10% in weight on every exercise in every workout. I lost 6" of fat in my waist (with only a total of 1 hour of aerobics in two months) and lost over 21 lbs. in body weight. That was only in Phase One (1). Unbelieveable!!!!! I have always lifted , but lights weights and lots and lots of reps, I learned at the ladies gym LOL!!! Anyway after reading all the materials, and after two days i went from 40lbs to 70lbs on the lats (pull downs) and 50lbs to 80lbs on chest!! Thats using the machine i have at home!!!! I am on Day 10 (shoulders and arms) today and just came back from the gym.I must say Rob I already "feel" a lot stronger..I don't know if I look stronger or if I can lift more weights yet since I havent repeated a workout yet but I certainly "feel" stronger..maybe its just psychological..anyways on my shoulder press and on my triceps press downs I got to my ultimate last rep using the short breath technique to push the set to the limit, and when I couldnt anymore this guy came along and helped me finish the rep (actually on my shoulder press I couldnt finish it even with help!!!)..did I abuse the forced reps..i had completed only about a quarter of the movement and got help at that point on both those
