The secret to gaining weight for the hardgainer is one that is riddled with confusion. It is rather simple. Gaining muscular weight has very little to do with CONSUMING MASSIVE amounts of food. And contrary to popular beleif and fradulent supplement advertising , it has nothng to do with taking supplements.
