nowadays are the editorials in which a renowned expert writes an article and

Then they show an "after" picture of the same athlete, ripped to shreds(Very low body fat levels) and as big as a house. They failed to point out that this out-of-shape professional was out of shape intentionally; he then dieted and took drugs and got back onto shape. They fail to tell you that muscle has memory and that steroids and diuretics do a lot for getting the bodybuilder ripped. The uneducated bodybuilder ,partly due to hope and frustration will buy the supplement hoping that this will be the final solution.In reality it is never so.Hope you see is a priceless commodity, many will spend a fortune in the name of hope and the fitness industry is aware of hope and how to use it to make a profit.
Hyperplasia on the other hand negates the use of supplements or multiple-training philosophies. It allows once short-bellied individuals to develop new muscle fibers, giving them a greater chance to realize their dream body. Hyperplasia can occur under even the most hostile of environments. Our research in Africa indicates that even in periods of inadequate calorie intake, muscle growth still occurs. African athletes would consume two meals a day (below their basal metabolic rate ) and still make remarkable progress. This essentially means that nutrition, although important, is not the end all and be all of muscle building success as conventional training advice makes it out to be. Furthermore, you don’t have to force feed yourself or eat seven meals a day. 1) Before we move on lets understand how muscles work and how they grow. There
are three basic kinds of fibers: Type 1, Type 11a, Type 11b. Type 1 is usually
activated during long low-intensity workouts like running; Type 11a is activated
during lifting movements, namely bodybuilding; and Type 11b is used with jumping
movements. Type 11b cells can convert into Type 11a cells if the demand is sufficient
enough to warrant such.It can take weeks for this to occur, not days.Should
the demand be recurring and persistent, new muscle fibers, namely Type 11b begin
to grow. For the traditional bodybuilder using the traditional training systems
, this is not likely to occur because the loads they use are small and within
the tolerance level of their existing muscles system.
Furthermore, even if hyperplasia occurs in this scenario , it will take years to manifest and actualize. Rather hypertrophy is more likely to occur because the stress level and the demands placed on the body do not warrant an emergency situation taht requires the growth of new muscle cells. This is the very reason why people who use conventional routines in magazines cannot hope to maximize full hypertrophy let alone hyperplasia.
2) We have found that while the above process is true, hyperplasia can occur
almost instantaneously. By that we mean it will not take years but rather days
and weeks to manifest if the right “overload" is used and if the
stress is recurring enough to warrant an immediate muscle increase response.
Extremely heavy weights that cannot be carried using full range of motion
need to be placed on the muscle for long periods of time. When that is done,
growth stimulation takes place almost immediately.
3) Experts have suggested that a power-lifting style of training is perfect
for hyperplasia. However our research refutes this theory: powerlifting workouts
may stimulate hyperplasia, but it would by mistake and as a result of
circumstance. in short hyperplasia would be a by product of their training.
That is they cause Hyperplasia by mistake. Hyperplasia occurs only
in emergency situations, so if you powerlift and you usually lift 500 pounds
in the deadlight, and one day chose to use 700 pounds, that initial shock may
cause hyperplasia. But because intensity is low and the stress is not taking
to the point of full muscular failure, hypertrophy usually results and not hyperplasia.
In short, it is not an optimal way to train. Hyperplasia requires extreme overloadand
high repetitions and high frequency(temporarily).
How to stimulate Hyperplasia
The average bodybuilder has a hard time building muscle. This is not surprising when you take into account the inefficient workout programs they follow. The average bodybuilder will try several routines in the hopes of gaining mass and in the end what remains is frustration and a lack of progress. We wanted to find a way to train and stimulate muscle mass that did not involve supplements or using several convoluted training routines. We needed to find the routine that would stimulate muscle regardless of the environment.

Hyperplasia requires abnormal stress-almost to the point of injury. The threat has to be sufficient enough to disrupt the normal priorities of the localized muscular system.

Failure to address the cut results in a loss of blood and potential death. In terms of Hyperplasia, this means that the body will have to activate new muscle fibers as quickly as possible as well as strengthen and enlarging existing muscle fibers to cope with the stress ,should it occur gain.
If the stress should occur on a daily basis , the likely end result would be injury and a loss of muscle mass and strength.
