How I Lost 30 Pounds of Body Fat and

Week 1 - Home with Friends
Here I am, 6 feet 3 inches at 232 pounds. Note my bloated face. This is a key tool to use when examining before and after photos. You can't hide the neck and the face with computer technology! Note my chest, see how I have breasts! The baggy shirt hides my belly. I call this skinny fat. This in my opinion is the worst kind of body to have.

Also note that I had some weightlifting experience and aerobic experience. But I had nothing to show for it!


Week 8 - Rob at the Beach!

Week 8, I had already lost 27 pounds of body fat at this stage. I switched on to the muscle building phase (after an extended layoff to recover) to build solid, lean muscle mass. Note that at this stage I had the confidence to take my shirt off! Nothing beats this freedom. But I looked "ordinary." This was not enough for me. Muscle mass was the answer.

 


My body is beginning to take shape. I have lost all the body fat that made me shapeless and I am adding lean muscle to my body. My body fat percentage at this level is now at 13.2 % I weigh 205 pounds here.

Week 12 - At Home

At this stage I had added 20 pounds of lean muscle to my frame. Note the transformation. At 225 pounds I am lighter in weight yet bigger in dimensions (bigger biceps, chest -but smaller waist) than I was at week 1. The workouts used for this phase can be found in the MindnMuscle Program or phase 1 of the Fastmuscles Program


Week 12 to 16 -
I took a one month layoff. I did no physical activity. Time was spent away from the gym.

Week 16 to 24 -

I put on a total of 30 pounds of muscle, performing less sets and working out infrequently. I used T.S.M. Technologies found in the Fastmuscles Program. Note how i have drastically increased the size of my arms and the rest of my body. Nothing comes close to the muscle building power of the Fastmuscles program.I did not take any supplements, nor did i consume 6-7 meals a day. I eat normal everyday foods, proof enough that the training system in Fastmuscles changes your body without "excuses" or the need of "clean diet foods" or "force-feeding" oneself.

Body fat percentage 9.89%


Please note that I have never taken drugs (anabolic steroids) before. To me they are just not worth the risk. Health is of prime importance before "looks" because without it you have nothing.
